Quit Tobacco

We have  provided tobacco cessation information and quit smoking services in Solano  County for 18 years. Presently, we are funded to offer a limited number of free Kick the Butts! classes. In addition to the classes, there are many ways to get help to stop smoking including online programs and over the phone quit counseling - all listed below in Cessation Resources.

Kick the Butts! is a series of 5 classes for adults that focuses on nicotine addiction, support systems, rewards, nutrition, and stress reduction. The classes are equally helpful to adults who want to quit using smokeless tobacco products.  The next Kick the Butts! classes will be held in January in Fairfield and Vallejo. Please call 707-784-8900 for more information and to register. It is necessary to attend all five of the two-hour classes.
